Girls Empowerment and Confidence Building Party
This is an opportunity for girls (ages 5-12) to come together to build friendships and to learn more about themselves in a safe and friendly environment.
Workshop is led by female instructors with clean background checks and years of experience working with children.
In this easy-going workshop we will learn tools to combat stress and anxiety by exploring martial arts, play games, crafts to inspire and uplift each other.
Our goal is to help girls understand they are special no matter what they do, what they like or how they look like.
They are going to have so much fun with their friends that they will be talking about it for weeks.

WHAT WE WILL DO:
Special craft
Play solo and team games
Do a fun and cool martial arts class
Break through our fears by breaking a real wooden board
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:
Girls ages 5-12
PLEASE FILL OUT SEPARATE REGISTRATION FOR EACH CHILD.

COST:
$55 per participant - special t-shirt for girls included
$35 per participant
We provide pizza, snacks and drinks for all participants.
WHAT TO BRING:
Wear regular play clothes.
Due to allergies bring your own lunch and snacks.
Bring a book every day.
ALLERGIES / MEDICATIONS:
Please talk to us about any medication/allergy medicine your child is taking or any other medical issues.
Pack any needed medicine into a clear Zip Lock bag and write your child's name and instructions on it.
