Oh my gosh, folks! Can you feel it? The excitement in the air? The sun is shining, birds are chirping, and summer is just around the corner. You know what that means? That's right, summer camps are back, baby!

We had such an amazingly fun time with students from the Silver Lake Elementary in Grapevine this past week. We were warmly welcomed by Pre-K, Kinder, 1st and 2nd Graders throughout the day. We counted approximately 230 kids.

Sparring is as real as it gets. It’s that simple. Sparring requires you to use every one of your attributes – forcing you to sharpen your skills and practice things like the controlling distance, timing, speed, agility and focus as well as cardiovascular and muscle endurance to name just a few.

Lots of students brought their friends for this fun event. They were teaching their buddies how to get out of arm grabs and jacket/t-shirt grabs and also taught them to break boards. Classes were full and fun.
